Mac 300 Four Head High Speed Tube Filling Machine

The Mac 300 handles laminated tubes, plastic tubes, and aluminium tubes depending on the closing configuration. The Hot Air (HA) configuration seals laminated and plastic tubes up to 50 mm diameter. The Metal (AL) configuration handles aluminium fold-and-crimp tubes up to 40 mm diameter. The Combination model supports both tube materials on one machine — enabling flexible production without a dedicated AL or HA platform.

The Mac 300 is deployed primarily in oral care (toothpaste), pharmaceutical (topical creams and ointments), and cosmetics (hair dye, sunscreen, face cream) sectors. Its four-head configuration is optimal for single-SKU high-volume lines running 3 shifts per day where the lowest cost-per-tube is the key production metric.

The four servo pumps on the Mac 300 handle fill volumes from 2 ml up to 300 ml. Each head has an independently calibrated servo pump so all four heads dispense the same validated fill weight simultaneously. The system handles both low-viscosity fluids and high-viscosity pastes such as toothpaste, pharmaceutical ointments, and cosmetic creams without product waste between cycles.

The quad servo pumps handle viscosities from water-thin liquids to stiff, stringy pastes without product cavitation or dosing error across any of the four heads.

The Mac 300 doubles the Mac 200's output with four heads versus two — up to 300 tubes per minute versus 150. The machine length and mechanical complexity increase proportionally, but the floor footprint-per-tube is significantly lower than running two Mac 200 units. For greenfield projects at scale, or for lines that have already outgrown the Mac 200, the Mac 300 delivers the lowest cost per tube and the fewest line integration points.
