Our Story

Growth Timeline

2007

Foundation

Operations started with approximately 1,000 sq. ft. manufacturing space and focused machine development for packaging applications.

2012–2018

Platform Expansion

Broadened machine portfolio and built stronger in-house capability across design, fabrication, assembly, and commissioning.

2019–2024

Industrial Scale-Up

Expanded infrastructure and engineering depth to support larger projects, higher throughput lines, and global customer requirements.

Today

200,000 Sq. Ft. Base

Scaled from 1,000 sq. ft. to 200,000 sq. ft. with 200+ installations delivered through continuous engineering growth.

State-of-the-Art Facility

End-to-End Manufacturing Capability

Manufacturing Flow

  1. 01

    Raw Material Receiving

Plates, sheets, and structural profiles are received, verified, and tagged for process traceability.

  2. 02

    In-House Parts Manufacturing (90%+)

Critical component machining and fabrication are executed in-house for tighter dimensional and build control.

  3. 03

    Sub-Assembly & Integration

Mechanical and electrical sub-systems are assembled and integrated under standardized execution protocols.

  4. 04

    Final Assembly, FAT & Dispatch

Machines undergo final validation, documentation release, and FAT readiness before customer dispatch.

Quality Control Spine

  • Incoming Inspection

    Material compliance checks at entry.

  • In-Process Controls

Stage-wise quality gates during part manufacturing.

  • Assembly Verification

    Mechanical and electrical integration checkpoints.

  • Final Validation

Functional and performance verification before FAT.

  • Documentation & Traceability

Build records maintained across the full production cycle.
